Life Coach
The philosophy of the Life Skills program asserts that all people are, by their very nature, creative, resourceful, and whole. We are capable: capable of finding answers; capable of choosing; capable of taking action; capable of recovering when things don’t go as planned; and capable of learning.
Over the past few years, my Life Skills toolkit has grown to include skills like; BSD (balanced self-determined behaviour), self- awareness, trusting the process, breaking down, effective communication, and so much more. These simple skills are versatile and get better with practice. They can help us achieve clearer, healthier, and happier frames of mind.

How It Works
I work with these tools and develop specific programs for individuals or groups wanting to develop better problem-solving techniques to achieve more clarity, grounding, peace, and progress.
Before I began the practice of life skills, I found that I didn’t have as much control over my life as I wanted. I felt that many of my behaviours, relationships, and reactions were more like “things that happened to me” and not coming from a place of self-awareness or understanding. That’s when I discovered the incredible Life Skills Coaching program at George Brown, and developed a powerful toolkit that has given me the key to unlock myself from unhelpful habits, and the freedom to make better choices.
